Forums on the Future of Florida’s Workforce System |

Florida’s business-driven workforce system has worked strategically, since it was created by the Workforce Innovation Act of 2000, to find, develop and deliver skilled talent to foster the growth of enterprise in our state. Now we are seeking renewed solutions and fresh ideas to further advance the innovation that has made Florida’s workforce system a national leader. Workforce partners and stakeholders are invited to participate in one of six regional forums (see dates and locations below) to share perspectives on how the workforce system can better address the current and future needs of businesses and workers. The information gathered during these forums will assist Workforce Florida in creating programs that direct its mandate for the preparedness of Florida workers and is critical to our efforts to address new challenges.
