The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, the Office of Research and Planning, and the State Advisory Group are pleased to announce the release of the 2005 Federal Delinquency Prevention "Request for Proposals" (RFP) for Title II (Formula) and Title V grant programs. The RFP explains the application process, total funding available, and the eligibility requirements. The grant application packet includes general instructions, specific directions for each stage of the application process, and the actual applications.

Please note that the application process has been changed from previous years. Applicants are now being asked to first submit a 5 page concept paper. Applications will be selected based on the concept papers and asked to submit a full application. The RFP and grant application packet can be downloaded from the following web page:
