Shoring up the talent pipeline for Florida’s Financial and Professional Services sector is the objective of the Employ Florida Banner Center for Financial and Professional Services. Based at the University of North Florida, the Banner Center is a partnership of educational institutions, financial and banking industry partners, workforce agencies and economic development organizations. As Florida continues to recover from the economic downturn, these partners are committed to providing relevant training to existing and future workers in the financial and professional services sector, which is expected to increase by five percent in the next eight years.
