Florida's Workforce Ambassadors

After working for the same employer for 13 years, Federico Del Real found himself needing to seek new employment. He turned to the Employ Florida Marketplace and South Florida Workforce for assistance.
Federico started by searching job listings available at EmployFlorida.com. He also attended a South Florida Workforce Professional Placement Network Seminar, designed for job seekers with college degrees or five years of managerial experience. South Florida Workforce staff helped him update his resume and build interviewing and networking skills for effectiveness in today’s job market.

“The knowledge, tools and resources I found through the Employ Florida network helped me find a job as a marketing analyst with a  Fortune 100 logistics company,” Federico said. “Without the career and professional development advice and assistance I received from South Florida Workforce, I don’t know if I would have gotten this job.”
